Discipleship Global Inc. (“Discipleship Global”, “we”, “us”) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 85-3146442). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit discipleshipglobal.org, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and message, so we can reply to you.
- Email updates and training-call sign-ups: your name, email address and, if you provide them, your phone number and preferred call day, so we can send you updates and call details.
- Donations: gifts are processed by our donation providers, Aplos and Raisely. They collect your name, contact details and payment information on their own secure pages. We receive a record of your gift and contact details so we can send receipts and thank you. We never see or store your full card or bank details.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics and Jetpack Stats to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are visited and roughly where visitors are located). These tools use cookies and similar technologies.
- Spam and abuse protection: forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA and Akismet, which process information such as your IP address and browser details to block spam.
- Cookies: when you first visit, our cookie banner lets you choose which non-essential cookies to allow. You can change your choice at any time using the “Manage Consent” link on the site.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to you, send updates you asked for, process and acknowledge donations, keep accurate financial records, improve the website, and protect the site from spam and abuse. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run our ministry and website, including Google (Analytics, reCAPTCHA), Mailchimp and Creative Mail (email), Automattic (Jetpack, Akismet), and Aplos and Raisely (donations). Each provider handles your information under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and email-list information until you ask us to remove it or unsubscribe. We keep donation records as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
Your choices
- Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us (details below).
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings or through the cookie banner.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
