Eric Barry currently serves as the President of Discipleship Global.  Eric and Chris started their missions career in 1989 serving as Team Leaders on an evangelism and church planting team in Caracas, Venezuela.  It was an incredible time in which God brought national revival and the Church in Venezuela grew from less that 1% to over 11% Evangelical Christian. The Team planted 13 churches which have since grown to 35 and a missionary sending base has been established.  Then God called them to Louisville, Kentucky where they served on the leadership team and in training roles for 10 years.  In 2019 God called them to dedicate themselves full time to the growing ministry with the Louisville Disciple Making Movement which is now multiplying disciples in 24 different countries.
